Dave Naylor - Group Exploration Manager

Dr. Naylor joined Pan Andean in 2000 and has over 40 years of experience in oil and gas exploration. Prior to joining the group he held various senior technical positions and had his own oil and gas consulting firm in the UK. He was Director of the Geological Survey of Ireland, Regional chief geologist for Chevron in Canada, lecturer in Trinity College in Dublin, and field party chief for De Beers, Anglo American in Namibia. Dr Naylor has a BSc in Geology from Leeds University (UK) and a MA and PhD from Trinity College Dublin.

Mauricio Gonzalez - President of Pan Andean Bolivia and Peru

Mr. Gonzales has been with the company since 1989. Educated at Oxford, Yale and Harvard. Mauricio worked for the Boston Consulting Group prior to returning to Bolivia where he has served as Deputy Minister for Energy and President of YPFB - the Bolivian State Oil Company. Mr Gonzales is the president of the Bolivian subsidiary where the group has participated in two gas discoveries. He is also the President of the Peru subsidiary and responsible for managing and coordinating all exploration activities with our local team and technical partners.

Shaun Hennessey - Project Director EPC

Mr Hennessey has been working with the group since 1998 and has over 25 years experience in asset and field development in the oil and gas industry. He has been responsible for the technical and financial management, evaluation, design and construction and operation of onshore and offshore processing and export systems on behalf of major Operating Companies, smaller independents, and first time operators (Petro-Canada, PetroSA, UNOCAL, LASMO, Shell, Kerr-McGee, Gaz De France, Centurion,) in the UK, Middle East, Russia and the Far East and Africa. Mr Hennessey is presently overseeing the field development of two 100,000bopd new build oil processing and export facilities in Iraq on behalf of an associate company (Petrel) having been involved in the original tendering and negotiations. He is a Chartered Engineer with an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle (UK) and has associated memberships in the sectors professional institutions.

Rod McInnes - Project Manager Engineering

Mr McInnes has been working with the group since 1999 and has 40 years experience in oil and gas sector as a project manager having held senior positions both within both Operating and Contractor companies for asset and facilities construction. He has worked extensively in the Middle East, Africa, Far East and Europe on major facilities construction projects, processing and petro-chemical and oil and gas pipeline systems. He has held responsibilities for estimating, tendering, evaluation, commercial and contractual negotiations, project management of technical and financial matters for project budgets and schedules until handover and operation. He has a degree in Physics (Honors) from Farnborough College and is a Chartered Engineer.
